Mercer Oaks Catering is proud to have successfully hosted hundreds of weddings over the last 5 years. Positioned between two beautifully manicured golf courses our club house features a elegant banquet area exclusive to you for your event on that day, a cozy bridal suite area off the banquet room, a separate open air area for outdoor ceremonies or mingling and a spacious adjoining outdoor veranda area also off the banquet room overlooking the 9th green and a small lake featuring a lighted cascading fountain.

Mercer Oaks Catering has worked diligently over the last 5 years in establishing a reputation of flexibility, delicious cuisine and overly attentive service. We feel as our customer you deserve nothing less.

Deposit Information

All wedding dates will be secured with a deposit of $1500. All remaining balances may be made prior to or on the date of the Wedding Reception. We ONLY accept checks or cash for all payments, no credit cards will be accepted.

Cancellation Policy

A. Cancellations within one year prior to the Wedding, 75% of deposits will be refunded when and if we refill the date again.

B. Cancellations within 9 months prior to the Wedding, 50 % of deposits will be refunded when and if we refill the date again.

C. Cancellations 6 months or less prior to the Wedding, all deposits will be lost.

D. Cancellations 3 months or less prior to the Wedding, all deposits will be lost. In addition, Customer will be responsible for a $1,000 cancellation fee.
