COVID Info

Dear Valued Customer,

Hope this email finds you healthy and managing as best as can be expected during these unprecedented times. My name is Jim Hines and I am the owner of Mercer Oaks Catering Company. We are certainly aware of your scheduled event or future events and I wish to assure you that we share the same concern on your event’s status.

Mercer Oaks Catering is working diligently to reschedule all the remaining dates that have been lost during this Pandemic, with also looking to still book future events for 2020. At this point, we are hopeful that all the measures being put in place by our federal, state and local governments will provide us all with the confidence to move forward with events in June and beyond. If that were not to happen, and as soon as we were told of another timeline for which to operate under, we would reach out to you immediately in hopes to reschedule your event.

Although right now we have not been given the okay to move inside for our events we have created an outdoor dining experience that will work for most events for the time being. We have a beautiful covered patio to overlook the greens of the golf course and a tented patio with lights, fans and speakers for music outside to seat close to 100 people.

Mercer Oaks Catering has built its reputation on fairness, compassion and doing what is right for our customers. We hope you will afford us the opportunity to work with you to reschedule your event should we have to extend our calendar’s blackout dates. Please be assured that we will not be unreachable at any point during these uncertain times. Even if we are asked not to come into our offices, we will still have access to our emails and we will also have phone calls forwarded.

We are in this together so please feel free to reach out to us with any concerns. Please keep in mind we have to prioritize events that were supposed to have taken place in order and/or events that have sensitive timelines associated with them. Thanks in advance for your patronage and understanding during these challenging times.

Best of Luck and Hope to see you all soon!

Sincerely,

Jim Hines
