Weddings

Here at Mercer Oaks, we would like to first extend our best wishes to you on your engagement! We look forward to making your special day unique and memorable. Our catering manager will assist you every step of way to ensure that your wedding day is everything you dreamed of.

From the cocktail hour overlooking the beautiful greens and cascading fountain of Mercer County Golf Course, to your last dance, you can be assured that our staff will pay attention to every detail during your special day.

Enclosed please find information about our wedding packages, as well as information pertaining to the various vendors that can enhance your wedding. The following are included in all of our wedding packages:

Please be aware that we require a deposit of $1500 to save the date for your wedding day.  This deposit is non-refundable unless we can fill the date.  Payments must be made by cash or personal or certified check, a final head count is required one week before your event and the final payment can be made by check or cash five days prior to the Wedding.

There is a 150.00 Wedding Surcharge Fee to allow you to be the only event that day. You are allowed on Premise an Hour and a Half before the Reception or Ceremony. Vendors are allowed in the room earlier to set up (must be coordinated ahead).

To hold a Ceremony requires a fee of $350.00 which includes an hour more to your rental and the set up of chairs and an aisle runner. The ceremony will be outdoors weather permitting. You are allowed to take pictures on our golf course only in certain places and must be approved before.

Fridays & Sundays are discounted 5.00 off per person.
